Position Description
MCC’s Director of Research and Evaluation is seeking a quantitatively skilled Research Assistant to support data analysis across several research and evaluation projects. The projects include: 1) evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of MCC’s newly developed purpose- and peer-connection-focused resources for schools, including analyzing pre/post survey data to examine intervention effects, and 2) analyzing cross-sectional national survey data to understand how parents navigate politics and morality raising their children.

Position Duration, Commitment
This position runs September 2026 to May 2027. Approximately 8-10 hours weekly. Hours are somewhat flexible, but will generally occur between 9am-5pm during the workweek.

Federal Work Study preferred.

Hourly rate (contingent on experience)
Masters Candidates: $21-25/hr
PhD Candidates: $26-30/hr
