Position Description
MCC’s Director of Research and Evaluation is seeking a Research Assistant to help with project coordination and data management across several projects. The projects include: 1) a landscape analysis (involving a literature review and interviews) to understand purpose-fostering programs or initiatives for young people, 2) the implementation and evaluation of MCC’s newly developed purpose-fostering resources for schools, and 3) semi-structured interviews exploring how teens, parents, and other adults across the political spectrum navigate politics and morality.

Position Duration and Commitment

• If independent study, could do an average of 8 hrs per week for 4 credits or 4 hrs per week for 2 credits (see website for who to contact)

• If internship, approx 10 hours per week (see website for who to contact)
